Online Menopause Consultations - Our Prices

If you’d like to try HRT, we can issue a private prescription which will be delivered to your door within a few days.
Private prescriptions are separate from the consultation fee and paid directly by you.
Standard HRT usually costs similar to an NHS prescription, and prescription prices are set by the pharmacy, not ourselves.
At the moment, HRT pre-payment or exemption certificates don’t apply to private prescriptions and exclude Testosterone.
If we issue a 3-month supply, you can request future prescriptions from your GP at NHS prices, where your prepayment certificate can be used successfully.
At the moment, Testosterone is not covered by the HRT exemption certificate.
We encourage our clients to get their ongoing HRT from their GP to help save money.
Some people prefer to continue receiving HRT and follow-up care privately through ourselves.

This 30 minute video consultation is for existing clients and new clients who are already well established on their HRT.
If you're already using HRT, we can discuss and prescribe Testosterone if you're eligible.
Before starting treatment, you’ll need a Total Testosterone blood test.
Your GP may offer this test, or you can arrange it privately through providers like Medichecks.
Only serum blood samples are accepted—finger prick samples are not suitable.

We’ll talk through your symptoms and treatment options using evidence-based guidance.
You’ll get support to make informed decisions about your care.
After your first consultation, you’ll receive a same-day email report summarising what was discussed and any prescriptions.
You may also receive tailored articles and resources from Your Menopause Nurse to support your needs.
A feedback form will be sent after your consultation - your opinion helps us improve and guide others.
Follow-up consultations are usually offered around three months later if a prescription was given.
If you need support sooner, you’re welcome to book another appointment at any time.

Please use the Square payment function during booking for pre-payment.
Prepayment is required and can be made by debit or credit card via the booking link.
If you would like a digital receipt sending to your email, please add your email when prompted by Square
Refunds are only available if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance.
