Initial Online Menopause Consultation (for all new clients)- 40 minute video consultation  -  £159

Our initial consultations are available to all new clients. No need to sign up to any long term contract, no ongoing payment commitments - just a single one off payment.

• If you’d like to try HRT, we can issue a private prescription delivered to your door within a few days.
• Private prescriptions are separate from the consultation fee and paid directly by you.
• Standard HRT usually costs similar to an NHS prescription, but prices are set by the pharmacy, not us.
• HRT pre-payment or exemption certificates don’t apply to private prescriptions.
• If we issue a 3-month supply, you can request future prescriptions from your GP at NHS prices, where your certificate can be used.
• Testosterone is not covered by the HRT exemption certificate.
• We encourage clients to get ongoing HRT from their GP to save money.
• Some people prefer to continue receiving HRT and follow-up care privately through us.

Follow Up Menopause Consultation for all existing clients  -  £89
A 20 minute telephone appointment to check progress, any new symptoms and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment. Report issued afterwards.

**NEW - Extended Time Follow Up Consultations**  - available for all existing clients - up to 30 minutes by phone or video (you decide) - more time to discuss new concerns/treatments - £129  (we may advise in advance that you book in for this extended follow up consult if you have more complex needs or if your previous consults tend to overrun)**  A same day report will be issued afterwards.  Book your Extended Time Follow Up here.
                                                        
Testosterone Consultations -  £139  - 30mins video consultation. 

• This consultation is for existing clients and new clients who are already well established on HRT.
• If you're already using HRT, we can discuss and prescribe Testosterone if you're eligible.
• Booking is available for a dedicated Testosterone consultation.
• Before starting treatment, you’ll need a Total Testosterone blood test.
• Your GP may offer this test, or you can arrange it privately through providers like Medichecks.
• Only serum blood samples are accepted—finger prick samples are not suitable.

For additional Repeat Prescription requests outwith follow up consultations - £35
Please contact us at support@yourmenopausenurse.co.uk with your prescription request. We will invoice you first of all and then complete your repeat prescription request once the invoice has been paid. You should then receive your medication within a few days straight to your door.                                                     

What you'll receive from us

• We’ll talk through your symptoms and treatment options using evidence-based guidance.
• You’ll get support to make informed decisions about your care.
• After your first consultation, you’ll receive a same-day email report summarising what was discussed and any prescriptions.
• You may also receive tailored articles and resources from Your Menopause Nurse to support your needs.
• A feedback form will be sent after your consultation - your opinion helps us improve and guide others.
• Follow-up consultations are usually offered around three months later if a prescription was given.
• If you need support sooner, you’re welcome to book another appointment at any time.

Payment Options

• Please use the Square payment function during booking for pre-payment.
• Prepayment is required and can be made by debit or credit card via the booking link.
• Refunds are only available if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance.
