Your Menopause Nurse is committed to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all our clients. We also want to help ensure that you have the most up to date information to help you decide on potential treatment options at this time.  We have compiled a list of useful contacts and resources below which we hope you can utilise as and when you need them.

Support services

  • SHOUT - Shout is a free, confidential and 24/7 text messaging service for anyone in the UK who needs support.  If you are struggling to cope and need to talk, trained Shout Volunteers are there for you. To start a conversation, TEXT the word ‘Shout’ to 85258

  • MIND - Support line: 0300 102 1234. Open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
  • Samaritans - Freephone: 116 123
    samaritans.org The Samaritans are open 24/7 for anyone who needs to talk. Click here to see which branches can be visited in person. The Samaritans also have a Welsh Language Line - 0808 164 0123 (7pm–11pm every day).
